Pastors, it is our hope and prayer that we can partner together in bringing the comfort and compassion of God to patients and those loved ones that stand with them.
We encourage you to submit your contact information, including mailing address, daytime and after-hours phone numbers, and office/pastor email. This information is very helpful when we meet patients that request us to inform you of their status, and will remain fully confidential.
We respect your ministry and relationships to those parishioners or community friends that become our patients. Our desire is to make sure that your parishioners receive the support they request without delay. It is truly an honor and privileged to serve in the name of our Lord and God.
